Allsup Provides Disability Screenings and Return to Work Information at Alliance on Strong Families and Communities Conference Oct. 14-16

Nonprofits from across the nation gather to address society’s toughest challenges at Renaissance St. Louis Grand Hotel

Belleville, Ill.–Oct. 13, 2015–Allsup, a nationwide Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) representation company, will join more than 600 leaders of human-serving organizations at the 2015 Alliance National Conference in St. Louis, Oct. 14-16. Attendees will address ways to increase the number of children, adults and families who are able to live healthy and productive lives and realize their full potential as contributing members of their communities.

“Allsup’s services support the core mission of many of the nonprofit organizations at the Alliance Conference,” said Tai Venuti, Allsup manager of Strategic Alliances. “Through SSDI representation, healthcare assistance, veterans disability appeal services and Medicare plan selection services, Allsup helps people with disabilities and seniors lead lives as physically and financially robust as possible.

“In addition, Allsup Employment Services, Inc. (AESI) helps people with disabilities receiving Social Security disability benefits re-enter the workforce.”

Venuti will provide SSDI screenings and information on Allsup’s services during the two-day conference. SSDI is a payroll tax-funded, federal insurance program that provides individuals with income if they are unable to work due to a disability. The monthly cash benefits reduce poverty, and beneficiaries are eligible for Medicare 24 months after their cash benefits begin. Read Allsup’s explanation of the full range of SSDI benefits here.
