If you have not already enrolled in electronic payments, there are several ways to make the switch.
Option 1: Use Your my Social Security Account
Sign in to your personal my Social Security account and add your bank account information for direct deposit.
Option 2: Contact Your Financial Institution
Many banks and credit unions can send your direct deposit information to SSA electronically, making it easy to set up your payments.
Option 3: Use the Direct Express® Debit Card
If you do not have a bank account, you may be able to receive your benefits through the Direct Express® prepaid debit card program.
